Notes
Fresh fruit leather, tart raspberry, and sticky licorice pop from the glass with sweet vanilla and blueberry compote notes providing backup. A mix of black, blue, and red fruits that all hit the palate in chorus but softly. The entry is rife with burnt caramel and charred cedar. With moderate weight and silky tannin, the palate gushes with acidic brambles and minerality intermixed with the tactile spice of peppercorn. Finishes with moderate weight and a final punch of juicy strawberry.
