- 2-night minimum rental.
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 14 days but prior to 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Refunds are NOT available if the accommodations are canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- All guests, including children, must be 18 years or older, and no pets are allowed.
- Payment is due in full at time of booking.
- Security deposit is refundable.
- Prices do not include cleaning fee or tax.
- Guests are asked to abide by the county noise ordinance that goes into effect at 9 pm.

The Cottage

Stay in our charming English-inspired cottage nestled among the vines. Ideal for a vacation or a quick getaway, our four-bedroom, four and half bath home is the perfect retreat. Guests can rent the cottage, the apartment, or both, depending on their needs.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to eight people, with the option of adding the apartment to accommodate two more. Each bedroom features a queen bed, its own bathroom, TV, and lounge area.
Guests can enjoy a game of cornhole in the backyard, a picnic under our 200-year-old Oak tree “Grace”, relax around the fire pit sipping wine, or visit the friendly farmstead animals next door.
