The apartment features a spacious king bed, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with a dining area. Step outside onto your own private sitting area, complete with a fire pit and grill, or visit the friendly farmstead animals next door.
Please note that the Clark Apartment is attached to the Clark House, but enjoys a private entrance and its own exclusive outdoor area. For the privacy of Clark House occupants, access to the Clark House lawn is restricted.

- 2-night minimum rental.
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 14 days but prior to 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Refunds are NOT available if the accommodations are canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- All guests, including children, must be 18 years or older, and no pets are allowed.
- Payment is due in full at time of booking.
- Security deposit is refundable.

The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a spacious ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub for ultimate relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.
The house’s common areas are perfect for entertaining and relaxing with your guests. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen while socializing in the attached great room with a cozy fireplace.
