Location: In Person at ONX Winery located at 2910 Limestone Way, Paso Robles
Job: part-time – Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays
Pay: $18 per hour + commission/tips (potential for growth + additional hours)

Duties & Responsibilities:
● Assist by hosting tasting room experiences by being present on the tasting room floor. This includes tasting room visits, reserve tastings, and any other experiences that might be created.
● Provide guests with a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience by leading them through wine education and the history of ONX.
● Prepare the tasting room by following the opening and closing procedures.
● Manage cleanliness and appearance of all hospitality areas
● Stock the tasting room with wine, supplies, glasses, bags, and merchandise daily.
● Assist other departments such as Vineyard Experiences, Wine Club, and OAH when staffing coverage is needed.
● Recognize industry trends affecting wine hospitality and collaborate with the management team to address our policies and strengthen our customers’ experience.
● Attend company events to help strengthen and promote the ONX brand and image.
● Have shadowed and trained on the vineyard tour and large group tastings, and be comfortable setting up the vineyard and conducting tours and large group tastings for customers if needed.
● Know and understand all of the Collective Club benefits and how to explain and apply them to customers and club members.
● Be confident informing customers about the experiences ONX offers: tasting room experiences, vineyard tours and other vineyard experiences, ONX at Home tastings, vineyard stays (house rentals).
● Have completed the following required trainings: ServSafe training (food handler certification), Sexual Harassment training, and Responsible Alcohol training.

Required Experience, Education, & Skills:

● Must be 21 years of age.
● Must be able to lift 45 – 50 pounds frequently.
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
● Must have reliable transportation.
● Must have an interest in wine.
● Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
● Must be able to multitask and problem-solve while maintaining enthusiasm and poise in a fast-paced environment.
● Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends.
