Indie Blanc

Straw-colored with golden hues and a translucent edge, the 2020 Indie Blanc is fruity and lively on the palate with a teeming acidity that promotes a plethora of sweet fruits. Honeydew melon and Meyer lemons are the focal point of the nose with notes of limoncello and fresh guava having a subtle impact along with an ocean mist. Ping ponging between ripe, sweet aromas and graceful ones: it runs the gamut of hard lemon candy to lilac perfumes. The palate is more focused with a stinging green apple and lime juice entry that transforms into a rich and coating flavor of barbequed pineapple on a skewer. Dripping flavors of honeysuckle and apricot make for a showy palate but is balanced by a satiating acidity. It finishes long with lasting flavors of grapefruit juice and lime pith.
