Indie Blanc

An aromatically complex, but restrained nose opens with a citrus zest medley of lemon, grapeful, and lime leaf interwoven with ripe stone fruit notes like white peach, apricot, and honeyed melon. Accompanying the citrust zest are floral lifts of orange blossom and a hint of wet stone. The palate leads with crisp acidity and energy that easily cuts through the richer textures of Viognier. Freser flavors of key lime, green apple and gooseberry are met by a lush palate of ripe nectarine, mango and touch of lychee. The finish is clean and persistent, with lingering citurs and floral notes that translates into a soft minerality.
