The Apartment
The apartment features a spacious king bed, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with a dining area. Step outside onto your own private sitting area, complete with a fire pit and grill, or visit the friendly farmstead animals next door.
As a guest of the Clark House Apartment, you’ll enjoy complimentary wine, tour or tasting, plus the opportunity to explore the vineyards at your leisure.

- A minimum rental of two nights is required.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The security deposit is refundable.
- Prices do not include the cleaning fee or taxes.
- All guests, including children, must be at least 18 years old, and pets are prohibited.
- Events of any kind are prohibited in the houses, apartments, or the Estates.
- All guests must follow the county’s noise ordinance starting at 9 PM.
- Only registered guests, and the maximum number allowed, may be on the Estate or in the houses or apartments after 9 PM.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The House is not ADA approved.

The House

Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed and impeccably furnished to offer guests the ultimate relaxation experience. You’ll be able to take in the stunning views of the vineyard from every room in the house.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a spacious ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub for ultimate relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.
The house’s common areas are perfect for entertaining and relaxing with your guests. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen while socializing in the attached great room with a cozy fireplace. Dine in style in the dining room, unwind in the game room, or visit the friendly farmstead animals next door.
