The Apartment
Discover the charm of wine country at the Briarwood Apartment. This cozy second-floor, one-bedroom unit is the ideal vacation retreat. The apartment features a private balcony and entrance, comfortably accommodating two guests with a queen-sized bed.
The attached bathroom includes essential amenities such as a shower, a full-size washer, and a dryer.
The gas range allows you to prepare a delicious dinner and keep your wine chilled in the wine fridge. The living room and bedroom TVs allow you to enjoy your favorite shows.
As a guest of the Briarwood Cottage Apartment, you’ll enjoy complimentary wine, tour or tasting, plus the opportunity to explore the vineyards at your leisure. Rates start at $250 per night.

The Details
- A minimum rental of two nights is required.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The security deposit is refundable.
- Prices do not include the cleaning fee or taxes.
- All guests, including children, must be at least 18 years old, and pets are prohibited.
- Events of any kind are prohibited in the houses, apartments, or the Estates.
- All guests must follow the county’s noise ordinance starting at 9 PM.
- Only registered guests, and the maximum number allowed, may be on the Estate or in the houses or apartments after 9 PM.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The House is not ADA approved.

The Cottage
Stay in our charming English-inspired cottage nestled among the vines. Ideal for a vacation or a quick getaway, our four-bedroom, four and half bath home is the perfect retreat. Guests can rent the cottage, the apartment, or both, depending on their needs.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to eight people, with the option of adding the apartment to accommodate two more. Each bedroom features a queen bed, its own bathroom, TV, and lounge area.
Guests can enjoy a game of cornhole in the backyard, a picnic under our 200-year-old Oak Tree “Grace”, relax around the fire pit sipping wine, or visit the friendly farmstead animals next door. As a guest of the Briarwood Cottage, you’ll enjoy complimentary wine, tours, or tastings, plus the opportunity to explore the vineyards at your leisure. Rates for the cottage start at $750 per night. If you need more space, rates for the Cottage and apartment start at $950.
