Shipping

We are able to ship to the following states: AZ, AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.

All orders are shipped by ground service through GLS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipments go out up to twice a week, typically on Mondays and Tuesdays. Some shipments may take up to 7 business days to ship. California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, New Mexico, and Idaho orders will typically ship through GLS and arrive in 1-3 days from the time of shipment. For all other states, we use FedEX or UPS, and delivery typically occurs in 4-7 business days. For date sensitive shipments, please contact us at 805-434-5607.

We highly recommend shipping wine to a business address, as the law requires an adult signature (21 years of age or older) for wine deliveries. Note: We cannot ship wine to P.O. Boxes, nor can we have delivery instructions that say “leave at back porch”.

During the summer months, we may put orders on a weather-hold and delay shipping to midWest states, Southern states, and East Coast states in order to protect your wine from heat damage. ONX Wines reserves this right to hold scheduled shipments if the weather is deemed a concern to the quality of the wine. For all states in GLS territory, we can ship your order with ice packs for delivery within 1-3 days from the time of shipment.

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.

Collective Club Shipping

Case Collective and 6 Bottle Collective Members located in California receive free shipping on all club orders and other orders shipped within California. Those members within our Case and 6 Bottle Collectives who live outside of California will receive $1 shipping on orders of $300 or more, and 50% off shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Our 4 Bottle Collective Members do not receive inclusive shipping even if the member is located in California. Out-of-state members receive 50% off their choice of ground shipping on all club orders, and other non-club orders of $150 tor more. All members in the 4 Bottle Collective who purchase an order of $300 or more will receive $1 shipping.

Returns & Cancellations

We want to ensure that your experience with our wine is as exceptional as the wine. If there has been any damage during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the wine. We may be contacted by email at info@onxwines.com or by phone at 805-434-5607. ONX Wines cannot be held liable for any damage to orders shipped to an address where there is no legal-aged person available to sign for the package.

For any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed, please contact us and we will happily replace and re-ship the bottle(s) free of charge. If the entire original shipment is damaged or flawed, we can also happily replace and re-ship the entire order free of charge. Please contact us at 805-434-5607 for return instructions.

A $25 return fee applies to all shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive a package on 3 delivery attempts. For shipments that are redirected to another address while in transit, a $20 re-direct fee will be applied.

Please note: We never ship the same set of wines twice.
