Interactive Cooking Class – The Art of Gnocchi

Join Chef Rachel Ponce as she leads you on a journey to teach you the art of creating pillowy homemade gnocchi dumplings with a handful of simple ingredients, a touch of effort, and a whole lot of love. We will pair the gnocchi with two delightful sauces, spring pesto and cherry tomato confit, and enjoy a heartwarming meal together at the end of the class!

 

Asparagus + Pea Salad

blanched asparagus, snap pea and arugula

feta cheese, toasted almonds, lemon dressing

Potato Gnocchi with Two Sauces

Spring Pesto: basil, mint, almond, and manchego

cherry tomato Confit: garlic and local olive oil

Lemon Lavender Cookies

 

No prior experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. These classes are designed to be fun and interactive, welcoming both cooking enthusiasts who want to participate in every step and first-timers who prefer to observe, assist, or indulge in taste testing.
