Live From, our at-home cooking series with The Chef + The Dish, continues in August for the ultimate Spanish experience. Travel the world from the comfort of your own kitchen with Chef Bendur, live from Spain in an interactive cooking experience. Join us as we prepare spanish garlic chicken on a bed of poor man’s potatoes, complemented by 2023 Field Day while cooking and 2021 Mad Crush to enjoy with the finished dish.
Meet Chef Ben:
Chef Ben hails from the culinary capital of San Sebastian, Spain, where he mastered the art of Basque and Spanish cuisine. With over 25 years of experience, Ben has worked in top kitchens across London, New York, Madrid, and his hometown, honing his skills at renowned restaurants like Casa Nicolasa and Lauceston Place. After co-owning a popular restaurant in San Sebastian’s old town, Ben discovered his passion for teaching while leading classes at San Sebastian Food Company. Now, he runs his own cooking experience, where he shares his love of Spanish traditions using fresh, ethically-sourced ingredients.

How It Works:
Two weeks before the event, you’ll receive access to a personalized event page with:
- A pre-recorded kitchen prep session to get ready for the class
- A shopping list and equipment list so you can pick up everything you need ahead of time
- An option to arrange for grocery delivery if desired at an added cost
- A link to join the live culinary experience
Your wine will be shipped two weeks before the event.
