The Apartment

The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, a Keurig machine, and a microwave for your convenience. There’s a dining table that can also serve as a workspace. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and includes a hairdryer. Relax on the couch while enjoying your favorite show on the TV, though you may find it hard to stay indoors when you take in the stunning views outside. Guests can also enjoy their own private deck.

- A minimum rental of two nights is required.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The security deposit is refundable.
- Prices do not include the cleaning fee or taxes.
- All guests, including children, must be at least 18 years old, and pets are prohibited.
- Events of any kind are prohibited in the houses, apartments, or the Estates.
- All guests must follow the county’s noise ordinance starting at 9 PM.
- Only registered guests, and the maximum number allowed, may be on the Estate or in the houses or apartments after 9 PM.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The House is not ADA approved.
